Here are some tips and tricks to help you make the most of your Jobman software!

Having trouble viewing images in your browser? Simply right-click on the image and select Open image in new tab to enlarge the image.
Import your Data
No need to sit down and manually enter all of your staff, contacts or catalogue items. Read how to import your data using a spreadsheet instead:
Kiosk Staff
Set up your factory or warehouse staff as Kiosk Users so they can easily log time against their set tasks, which will automatically fill in their timesheets! When tasks are completed, your workflows are pushed forward automatically. Using Kiosk Mode, staff can access job files, item specifications, contact details, and other important information so they can complete their work without needing access to the full software.
Agenda Screens
Use agenda screens to create to-do lists for you and your staff. From your dashboard, you can see if any of your agenda screens are marked with a red dot - that means they contain tasks which have not been completed by the due date! If you can't see any tasks in your agenda screens, check the filters in Settings > Agenda Screens.
Activity Screens
Use activity screens to see who has or hasn't logged in. If a person in your activity screen is marked with a red dot, it means they haven't logged in. You can also see what tasks your staff are currently working on!
Internal Tasks/General Operations
For tasks and operations that are not linked to a specific job or lead (e.g. general admin, meetings, cleaning duties, unpacking trucks, etc.), you can create an internal generic job for staff to log time against. Read More: Creating Internal Jobs for Staff Leave and Daily Operations
Updating Statuses (Leads, Jobs, Projects, Quotes, Invoices, Purchase Orders)
Some statuses will update automatically. For example, when a client accepts your quote, the quote status will automatically change to Quote Accepted. However, at any time you can click on the orange status button at the top of your lead/job/quote/etc. to change it manually.
