Import your Data
Did you know you don't have to sit down and manually enter all of your previous staff, contacts or catalogue items? Download one of our sample CSV templates to complete and upload straight into your Jobman.
Kiosk Staff
Set your factory or warehouse workers up for Kiosk Mode so they can easily login and track time against their jobs which will complete their timesheets! Completed tasks also push forward workflows automatically. From Kiosk Mode staff can also access job files, item specs, contact details and other important information so they can do their job without needing access to the main software.
Agenda Screens
Never fall behind schedule with your agenda screens. From your dashboard, if you see a red dot next to your agenda screen, it means you have tasks that have not been completed by their due date! If you can't see any tasks in your agenda screens, check your filters in the Settings.
Activity Screens
Once you've set up your Activity Screens you can easily see who has or hasn't logged in, if the staff listed in your activity screens have not signed in you will see a red dot. Click into your activity screens to see what tasks staff are currently working on!
Internal Tasks/General Operations
For tasks and operations that are not linked to a specific job or lead (eg: General Admin, Meetings, Cleaning Duties, Unpacking Truck etc) you can create an internal generic Job Number. Allocating all staff to this agenda screen will allow them to log time against general duties to give you a more accurate payroll report.
Update Lead, Job, Quote or Invoice Statuses
Jobman provides a lot of automation, meaning when certain tasks are done, it will automatically update the status of a lead, job quote, invoice, purchase order etc. However, sometimes we may just want to change a status on the go. Simply click the current status to update it!
