Managing a Lead

Now you've Created a Lead, let's go through how to manage your leads!

  1. From the user menu panel, click on Leads.
  2. Find the lead you're wanting to access. There are multiple ways to narrow down your lead search, you can use the search bar, the dropdowns located next to the search or by the filtered lead types.

  1. Click on the lead you are wanting to manage, where you will be directed to the Dashboard. See below the functions of each tab in your lead.
  2. You can add new items, quotes or jobs by clicking the 'New' button and selecting one of the options from the dropdown.

Dashboard:

  • see the current status and any items, quotes or jobs attached to the lead.
  • change or update the status of the lead by clicking on the 'Pre-Sales' button.
  • view lead activity and view & add notes.
  • use the '3-Dot' menu (shown below) to add other team members or additional contacts.

Info:

  • click on the info tab to view contact details, workflows & team members allocated to the lead.
  • click update to add or amend any lead details.

Tasks:

  • view your workflow.
  • add, edit, complete or start tasks.

Resources:

  • view lead items, invoices and quotes.
  • upload and view files from your Dropbox or OneDrive by clicking on Files.

Emails:

  • email clients or internal staff directly from the lead.
  • view sent and received emails.

Managing Tasks

From your Dashboard, click on the 'Tasks' at the top of your page.

You can view all the tasks created from your chosen workflow here. In addition to this, you can also click on each individual task and view it further. If you want to add a new task, simply click + Add new task & enter the details.

Click on the existing task to update or manage it. From here you can:

  1. Set Progress
  2. Browse Files
  3. Update the Task Name, Allocated Staff Qty & Time
  4. Set Start & Target Dates
  5. Set Labour Centre
  6. Assign Members
  7. or Delete the Task if not required.
