What is a Lead?

A lead created in Jobman allows you to manage the required workflow from start to finish prior to it being updated to either 'Job Won' or 'Job Lost'. A typical lead workflow will see you create and send quotes to your customer, see the quote become accepted, then convert the lead into a job.
