What is a Lead?

A lead refers to the sales process during which you communicate with a contact, create and send quotes to them, and ideally win a job.

In Jobman, a lead is generated from a contact, and will contain a lead workflow with a number of steps, including creating and sending one or more quotes.

At the end of your workflow, the lead will either accept your quote and end in the Job Awarded status, or will reject your quote and end in the Job Refused status.
