Using and Displaying Activity Screens

Once you've created your activity screens, you can display them in your warehouses, offices or factories.

Using and Understanding an Activity Screen

View the activity screens that you are a member of by navigating to the Dashboard from the User Menu Panel. If your activity screen isn't displayed, you can add it to your Dashboard from Settings > Activity Screens.

View your assigned activity screens from your dashboard.

If you click into an activity screen from your dashboard, you can:

  • Select which date you want to view staff activity for;
  • See which staff have logged time against tasks for the day;
  • View time recorded for each staff member;
  • Click into the most recent task a staff member has recorded.
Understanding your activity screen.

To display an activity screen, follow these steps:

  1. From the User Menu Panel, navigate to Settings > Activity Screens.
  2. Click into the activity screen you want to display.
  3. Click Share (see below).
  4. Click the Copy icon next to the link (see below).

Once you've copied the link, you can send it via email, text, etc. All the receiver needs to do is open the link on a browser and they will be able to see this screen!

Sharing your activity screen.

Please Note: To display your agenda screen on a TV, you will need to have screenshare or HDMI input from a laptop or computer. Alternatively, you can type the link into your smart TV web browser.

Why should I display an activity screen? With a public activity screen, you can increase your organisational transparency. Your staff can easily see what others in the team are working on, or if people are away for the day. See the productivity of your staff in real time.

What do the coloured dots in front of my activity screens mean? If you're seeing a red dot next to your activity screen, it means that not all staff have logged time today. This is a quick way to determine which staff may be away sick.

If you're seeing a green dot, this means all of your staff have been logging time today.
