Now you've created your activity screens, you can start to display them in your warehouses, offices or factories. Under your 'Dashboard' from the user menu panel you will see all of the activity screens that you are a member of. To display an activity screen you will need to access these from your 'Settings' tab.

- View time recorded against each staff member.
- Click into the most recent task your staff member has recorded.
Displaying an Activity Screen
To display an activity screen, go to the Settings tab from your user menu panel, click into Activity Screens then:
- Open the Activity Screen you want to display.
- Click the 'Share' button as shown below.
- This will generate a popup with a link to copy.
- Copy this link by using the 'Copy to Clipboard' button next to the link.
Now you've got your link copied, you can send this via email, text etc. All the receiver needs to do is open the link on a browser and they will be able to see this screen!
Please Note: if you are wanting to display this to a TV you will either need to have screenshare/HDMI from a laptop or computer, alternatively you can bring this up using the TV web browser as long as it has internet connection.
Why should I display an activity screen? Jobman provides transparency for your organisation, by having your activity screens displayed other staff can easily see what others are working on, who is away as they haven't logged time etc. See the productivity of your team in real time.
What do the coloured dots in front of my activity screens mean? If you're seeing a red dot next to your activity screen it means that not all staff have logged time today. This is a quick way to determine which staff may be away sick.
If you're seeing a green dot, this means all of your staff are logging time for that day.
