Added ability to set and update the timezone for staff members
When setting up a kiosk pin for staff members the link to the kiosk is displayed

Creating an invoice from a quote now allows you to choose which items to include and also what percentage
When editing an invoice you can now add a line item that subtracts other invoices from the total
You can now set the default account to use for line items for each invoice type
You can now specify the default percentage and whether or not to include all quote items when creating an invoice from a quote for each invoice type
Fixed issue with payment terms labels not appearing correctly when editing contact types
