Why can't I start a task?

Depending on your workflow setup will depend on what is required before you can start a task. If you cannot start a task it may be because a previous task still needs to be completed. To change these settings you will need to access Workflow Settings from the user menu panel, click into your workflow then task and update as shown below:


Why is my progress bar showing RED for my tasks?

My progress bar is RED but I don't have overdue tasks?

Inside the Dashboard for your job or lead you may see that your progress bar is red. There are 2 reasons why this might show:

  1. A task has gone past it's target date.
  2. A task has gone over it's estimated time that is allocated.

This is to give you an easy view of which jobs or leads are either overdue or have taken longer than expected.

Example: A task has gone past it's target date.
Example: A task has gone over it's estimated time allocated.
