Q. Why can't I start a task?
Depending on how your workflow is set up, it may be that you cannot start your task because a previous task needs to be completed.
To update your workflow settings, go to Settings > Workflows > [Workflow] and click Update.
Then click on your specific task and click Update again, and you can make any necessary changes to the Requires field as shown below:
Why is my progress bar showing red for my tasks?
If the progress bar at the top of your Lead/Job Dashboard is red, this is likely due to one of two reasons:
- A task has gone past its target date.
- A task has gone over the estimated time allocated.
This is to give you an easy indication when your leads or jobs have gone over schedule.
