How to Change your Password

Forgot your Password?

At the login screen, click Forgotten Password. This will send you an email to reset your password.

Change Your Password

There are 2 ways you can change your password.

Option 1 - Accounts Setting Screen (see below left)

Once you've logged in, click Account, and at in the New Password field, enter your new password and click Save Changes.

Option 2 - My Profile (see below right)

Once you're logged into your organisation, click into your profile and then click Change Password. This will redirect you to the Account Settings page where you will follow the steps above.
