How to Change your Password

Forgot your Password?

At the login screen click 'Forgotten Password' - this will send you an email to reset your password.

Update your Password

There are 2 ways you can update your password.

Option 1 - Accounts Setting Screen

Once you've logged in, click on 'Account' and at the bottom you'll see 'New Password', enter your new password and hit 'Save Changes'.

Option 2 - My Profile

Once you're logged into your organisation, click into your profile and use the 'Change Password' button, this will redirect you to the Account Settings page, follow the steps above.
