Set Up Your Organisation - General Settings

Now you've created your organisation, let's check that your settings are correct. Under General Settings you can:

  • Add a company logo which will show on quotes & invoices.
  • Add the company email address, ABN (if applicable) and website details.
  • Set your currency, language, date format and timezone.

Tip: add in as much information as possible to your organisation details, you can utilise these further when creating your email, invoice and quote templates.

Uploading your Logo: it is recommended that your logo file size does not exceed 500kb. Large logos can cause your emails to exceed file attachment limits.


Updating your Company Details

  1. Access the Settings tab from the User Menu panel.
  2. Click into 'General'.
  3. Click 'Update' to add your logo or change any of the current settings.
  4. Once you've made your updates, finalise by clicking 'Save Changes'.

Please Note: it is important to have the correct timezone set up for your organisation as this applies to several functions within your Jobman. For example: Staff Activity Screens.

Your staff will always default to your organisation's timezone upon creation, however if you have multiple locations in different time zones you can apply the relevant time zone for each staff member within their profile settings.
