FAQ: Cloud File Storage - Common Error Messages, etc
Q. I have received this error message, but my Cloud File Storage is definitely connected. Why?

A: When you connect to a Cloud Storage provider, Jobman doesn't automatically create folders for your existing records; so the error you're receiving is likely because you're uploading files to a resource that was created before you connected.
Usually the storage folders would be created when you attempt to upload files, but in some cases this may not work, so we usually recommend "updating" the resource which will trigger Jobman to create a storage folder for that resource.
So for example, if you were attempting to upload files to Job #00001, you need to hit "Update", make a small change (eg. updating the description or notes field) then hit save changes. Once you do this, assuming you are connected to Dropbox, a new folder will be created in Jobman Files > Jobs > 00001 and you will be able to start uploading files to that job.
