Adding Additional Contacts

Use the additional contacts feature to link any relative contacts to your lead or job. This is for any external contacts, not your internal staff. This could be linking your installers, builders or service providers etc to a job.


Before you start:

  1. Make sure you have set up your Contact Roles.
  2. Add the organisation to your contacts list if they haven't already been set up.
  3. Within the organisations contact, add the required persons & their details.

Assigning Additional Contacts

  1. Open you job or lead & click the 3-dot menu next to your job or lead name.
  2. Click on 'Additional Contacts'.
  3. A pop up will appear to show any current additions, to add a new one click 'Add Contact'.
  4. Choose the organisation or contact from the dropdown.
  5. Choose the relevant role to assign.
  6. Choose the contact you want to attach & click 'Add Contact'.

You will now be able to see your additional contacts in the 'Info' tab of your job or lead!
