Adding More Than One Contact to a Lead/Job

A lead or job will always originate from a single contact. However, once created, you can add contacts to an existing lead/job - such as installers, builders, or other service providers.

Note: this article refers to external contacts, not your staff members.

Before you start:

  1. Make sure you have set up your Contact Roles.
  2. Add the organisation to your contacts if you haven't already.
  3. Within the organisation's contact page, add the relevant persons and their details.

Adding Contacts to a Lead/Job

  1. Open your lead or job and click the 3-dot menu at the top-right (see below).
  2. Click Additional Contacts.
  3. A pop-up will appear, showing all current contacts. Click Add Contact.
  4. Choose the relevant Contact, Role, and Person.

You should now see the person you added in your job or lead under the Info tab.
