Progress Charts

Progress charts are available for both leads and jobs.

Use progress charts to:

  • Gain a quick overview of where all your leads/jobs are up to in the process
  • Track unscheduled jobs
  • Identify tasks which are behind schedule
  • Quickly detect bottlenecks
  • Streamline your operations to boost productivity

To view a progress chart, navigate to either Leads or Jobs, then click Progress Chart at the top left:

Your chart will look something like this:

Green = Completed! There are no further tasks for that workflow step.

Yellow = Due Today! The target date for that task is set to today.

Red = Overdue! The target date for the task has gone over and is now behind schedule.

Grey = On Time or Unscheduled! The target date is in the future or has not yet been set.

White = No Tasks! There are no relevant tasks in that step/status for this job.

Tips:

  • Hover over the task to see more information like the target date, task progress, etc.
  • Click on the task to be taken to the full task display.
  • Use the arrows next to each column heading to add or remove columns.
