Different invoice types
- Deposit Invoice – This will add a certain percentage of an accepted quote to an invoice. It comes through as a line item.
- Partial Invoice – Functions the same as a Deposit Invoice.
- Full Invoice – This will contain all line items from an accepted quote, and also will allow you to add adjustments to already paid invoices.
Creating Invoice Statuses
- Under the Invoice Statuses page, click 'Create'.
- Enter the name of your Invoice Status. For example: Draft, Submitted, Approved, Void or Paid.
- Enter the code - please ensure this matches with your accounting software.
- Click the checkboxes that apply to the status. For example: Draft = Can Be Updated + Can Be Submitted.
- Finally, click 'Create'.
