Time and Attendance Reports
Create a time and attendance report to see the hours your staff have logged in a given period.
To create a time and attendance report, follow these steps:
- From the User Menu Panel, navigate to Reports > Payroll. You will see a list of your staff and the hours they have logged for wages, overtime, leave, etc.
- The default date range for the data shown is "This week". To change the date range or filter by specific staff, click Filters at the top left.
- Use the Export button to download the data as a spreadsheet, or Print to send the data to your printer as a PDF.
Tip: use the Date Range filter to enter a custom date range that suits your payroll cycle.
