If you wish to cancel your Jobman subscription, this is done through the billing portal in the app. Make sure you are logged in to your software, then at the top left corner, click the drop-down arrow next to your organisation and select My Jobman.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Click Subscriptions.
  2. Choose the subscription you would like to cancel.
  3. Click Billing Portal. You will then be redirected to Stripe.





In Stripe, you will see your current plan.

  1. Click Cancel plan and follow the prompts.

Your plan should now be labelled Cancelled, and you will see the option to Renew should you wish to reactivate your subscription.

Please note: Your subscription will cancel at the end of your billing cycle. You will have access to your site and its data until this date.


Reactivate My Subscription

Follow the above steps to access your billing portal and click Renew plan to get started again.
