Cancelling or Renewing your Subscription

If you would like to cancel your Jobman subscription, you can manage this through the billing portal in the app. Make sure you are logged in to your software & then on the top left hand corner click on the dropdown arrow next to your organisation & click 'My Jobman'.

From here you will be taken to your 'Organisations'.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Click on 'Subscriptions' from the menu on the left hand side, pictured below.
  2. Choose the subscription you would like to cancel.
  3. Click on the 'Billing Portal' button & you will now be redirected to Stripe.

Now from Stripe you will see your current plan.

  1. Over to the right hand side click 'Cancel Plan'.
  2. Follow the prompts to cancel, you will be redirected back to your Stripe | Jobman subscription which will now show your plan listed as 'Cancelled' and you will see the option to 'Renew' should you wish to re-activate your subscription.

Please note: your subscription will cancel at the end of your billing cycle, you will have access to your site and the data until this date. Refunds are not provided to part month subscriptions.


Re-activating your Subscription

  1. Follow the above steps to access your billing portal and click 'Renew Plan' to get started again.
